We continue to grow and are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible to provide excellent on-site pool cleaning and pool maintenance services to each and every customer they are assigned. This includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner, following all established protocols and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team. The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors. They will be a self starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering "resort-quality service". Responsibilities: Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results: Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week. The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week. The ability to utilize a smart phone for our Pool Ops mobile platform. The ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office. Requirements: Requirements for this position are that you have: (1) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; and (2) the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. No other specific experience is required as we will teach you the ASP methods designed to give our customers a great looking pool and to maximize your earning potential; however, a high school degree and Certified Pool Operator License is preferred Bonus Potential: This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year. Job Description Job Description Supervisor: Foreman Job Description: FrontEnd Loader. Operates a rubber-tired, skid steer, or crawler type tractor with an attached scoop type bucket on front end. Machine is used to load materials from stockpiles, excavation, charging batch plants, loading and unloading tricks. May be used with attachments in lieu of the bucket. Loader Backhoe. Operates a rubber-tired machine mounted with a backhoe bucket on one end and a loader bucket on the other end. Used for excavating ditches and structures, laying pipe and precast concrete structures, carrying material in the loader bucket, and general excavation and backfill. May also be equipped with hydraulic attachments. Essential functions and responsibilities: Start engines, move throttles, switches, and levers, and depress pedals to operate machines. Signal truck driver to position truck to facilitate loading of dirt, rocks, and other materials. Take actions to avoid potential hazards and obstructions such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, and falling objects. May oil, grease, or otherwise service the machine. Make necessary adjustment to equipment as needed. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill. Perform other duties as assigned.
